Central Homecare & Hospice
aligns with
Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice

For more than a year, the management and board of directors of Central Homecare & Hospice have been in communications with Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice to develop a plan for the future of non-profit hospice service in Harvey, McPherson and Marion counties.
Central Homecare & Hospice has asked Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice to increase its presence in the tri-county area. As of November 7, Central Homecare & Hospice stopped accepting new referrals for hospice. Although it will continue to be a strong presence in home health through Central Homecare, personnel are asking that professionals in the area refer to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice for the hospice needs of their patients.
With a strong belief that the spirit of Central Homecare & Hospice lies in the staff and volunteers of the organization, many of the hospice employees and hospice volunteers are now working for Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
This alignment will reassure residents of Harvey, McPherson and Marion counties a strong, local non-profit hospice presence for many years to come.
